ALBERT BARTLETT ISSUES A WARNING ON POPULATION, CONSUMPTION AND DECLINE IN OIL AND GAS
The clear thinking of Professor Albert Bartlett delivers a chilling message that most people probably never to listen to.
Burying our heads in the sand rather than face our problems is a far to frequent response from most of us, this is the reason that those who do not prepare and research will end up getting a very painful lesson.
I encourage you to listen very carefully and understand and tell others about these issues.

What can we do about this problem? The usual response is to point the finger at people who have large families and use lots of energy, but we are all part of the population and all part of the problem.
This problem will likely be sorted out during world war three as the world powers realise there is not enough oil to go around any longer. I guess many will end up killing each other to fight for what is left.
Key point made very dramatically is that he defines farming as turning petrol into food. That really does sum it up. Without petrol the farming will be very slow and we will have to go back to using horses and human labour like in the old days again.

If this situation is true then why is the oil price dropping so violently now?
There is a disconnect between the fundamental and the technical situations.
Maybe it means it is a good time to buy oil for the long term?
